RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy; This means you have 15 days to request a return after receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at info@blastray.com to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products returned to us without a refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exclusions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), specialty items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Stock Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
